My original dealer lost his C4 dealership but he was more of plain-old electrician rather than a HA person. Someone else took over but he rarely returned my calls. Most of the work will be done remotely but I will need some hardware installed like dimmers/switches, etc and maybe move my primary controller to a newer model (I currently have an HC-800) so that I can get all of the latest bells and whistles.. And I want a bunch or drivers installed. But I will do the bulk of programming and I need someone who is comfortable with an end-user - some dealers don't want their customers doing that.
