Buy 2 control4 controllers(the 500 and the 300) or 1(the1000)

What are the advantages and disadvantages of using one controller(the 100) over 2 separate controllers(the 500 and the 300)?

The 1000 cannot be used by itself, you must use a 200/300/500 for on screen navigator. It is designed to speed up large projects.

Also take a look at the connections on the back of the 500s and 300s and see how many you will need. I ended up short and now will probably end up buying the contact relays and some other things when I could have just gotten a higher controller.
