Kwikset lock error "lock needs to announce"

I have an HC-800 Controller and am running version 2.9.1 for the project. I have the correct control4 kwikset driver and bindings installed. I am trying to add a kwikset 910 control4 lock and the zigbee server is reporting that the lock needs to "announce". Any suggestions?

Re-indentify the Door Lock in Composer

Verify it shows online in composer > network tools > ZigBee network

Un-lock and Lock the door back and forth 20-25 times

Press the identification button on the door lock 5-6 times
