DENON AVR X1400H no response on IP comand

Recommended Posts

Hello, I have some troubles with DENON AVR. Was manually add driver and entered right IP address. Device is Online in Network Connections.

Just one function is available. When sending commands "Connect" and "Disconnect" from AVR properties in system design it switch network status from TRUE to FALSE (with Confirm N/W Connection message appears). Any other functions is not working. in Debug mode it prints next (when volume up is pressed on C4 remote)

I am not following what you're attempting to do.

Sending Connect will force the driver to attempt to connect to the receiver. This will set the driver to true since you've sent the connection message.
Send Disconnect will force the driver to attempt to disconnect from the receiver. This will set the driver to false since you've sent the disconnected message.

If on the latest version you could drag and drop the SDDP if the receiver is on the latest firmware, rather then manually typing in the IP address.

Hopefully we can get some further information to help you narrow down the issue.
Thanks,
Matt

I thought it is status messages - true if link established and false if disconnected.

In that case there are no link between C4 and Denon.

C4 is 2.10.0 and DENON is on the latest firmware, but it is impossible to drag and drop because AVR is not in Discovered Items and when pressing and hold DIMMER and ZONE2 buttons, AVR shown "Control4 Identifying" message on LCD but nothing happens in Composer.  Only manual adding is working.
