The nice folks at: http://www.cinegration.com/lutron-radiora-classic-rs232-edition/have written a C4 Driver for 'classic' RadioRa. My c4 system was just recently installed and we were lucky to see the announcement of the driver the DAY of install. So far the driver is working well!
