PGC Posted June 11, 2020 Share Posted June 11, 2020 I switched to a Harmony Elite and couldn't be happier. C4 would stop working if power went out or the internet service was disrupted and many times required a visit from the dealer to fix. Also I had problems getting dealers to respond. Wouldn’t show for appointments or just wouldn’t respond at all. Currently my dealer has my receiver which went on the fritz but was still under warranty. Won’t respond to calls or messages. I see you are still having ongoing issues with the system so please feel free to get in touch with me again if you feel I could be of assistance.
