Drepton
hello all need help confirming my zigbee network is setup correctly, main reason for this i want to use zigbee devices in my garage so have an old HC250 which i am going to put out there, but will only work if the zigbee network is setup correctly, its the "office HC250" i was going to use, below is the setup when i look it the control directly i see even though this is not a server will it still connect to zigbee devices? is there any issues having too many zigbee servers ?? thanks for your help
knowitall
Oh sweet baby Jesus. There is absolutely no reason that every controller should have zigbee enabled whatsoever. You might wanna start back at a training in Charlotte/Chicago/Utah.
sonic30101
1 to maybe 2 zigbee servers IF you have a sheer large amount of devices. Otherwise the minimum number of Zaps needed to give the minimum number of hops with the least number of possible APs to make zigbee as efficient as possible based on floorplan
Drepton
thanks sonixe30101 for useful response!, have around 90 zigbee devices, have now set the EA5 to only zigbee server, though just spent 2 hours adding devices back lol.
