Jeff Wiley Posted January 22, 2019 Author Posted January 22, 2019 That is correct. I had regular Zigbee Contemporary 910 locks I installed and couldn't return. I needed the C4 certified Zigbee cards. Swapped the cards and had to perform the lock reset and card deregistration button presses to tell the card it was free to link up with a new controller. If you dont do that, it wont show up in composer after you do the white button press 4 times to pair the zigbee.
