Amr Posted October 4, 2018 Share Posted October 4, 2018 Hello, Am running a bit complicated setup for Somfy URTS II unit using SainSmart NCS1 IP to RS232 Device as the URTS is installed away from my controller and serial ports, So am Using the NCS1 to have an IP to RS232 port to attach the URTS unit to it. Issue is I can't get the URTS communicate with Director. From the NCS Softrware I can see there is a connection between the HC-800 and the NCS via port 53563, but not sure what is wrong, from the NCS on Compser I can see its connected but the baud, stop bits etc are not populated, any suggestions?
