trippinbillies41
Hey guys,I have updated my system with the latest XBMC driver that Alan said now supports internet radio. I've followed the steps, but am not getting any audio. I'm pretty sure it's the URL... If I go to my favorite local radio station and click "listen live" I get a pop up window. I tried pasting that URL, but I'm pretty sure that's where I'm going wrong. Can anyone give me advice on this? Does anyone have this working and have a URL that they know works so i can test it?Thanks!
thecodeman
I was going to go this route, but chose not to since Alan is no longer supporting the driver.
trippinbillies41
Yeah that is a major bummer. Was just looking at taking advantage of the new feature since he included it on the latest driver, but now no help. Oh well, I completely understand that he got way too bogged down with it. I'll have to do the work to figure this one out.
ILoveC4
Trippinbillies, google it. I use a service called Moodio (check it out) and adding stations there requires the streams URL. It can be found with google, but the method you're trying won't work (as you noticed). I had the same problem, but fixed it with google. The URL is probably posted in Moodio. trippinbillies41
Thanks for the tip! I googled how to get the URL's, and am rocking and rolling now. Thanks again!
