Sparkyman
I have an issue with a C4-TT7-1-BL touch screen where the lower bottom row of the screen is not active will not allow any actions to be preformed when touched. Any help or suggestions, Control 4 will not help as the unit is just out of warranty, thanks
Jonathan
I have the exact same problem but it's the top row and my back button won't work! If you still have it I'll but it from you for parts!
Sparkyman
Hi Jonathan, it is strange that this issue has occurred. Please let me have your address and I will mail you the faulty unit, regards, Steven
Charles Edwarde
I have the same problem. Unit was only 1 month out of date. My Control 4 dealer spoke to C4 support and they admitted they new that there was a fault.
JMcNaught427
I have the same problem - C4-TT7 - top row and bottom row don't respond to touch. Tried the shutdown/reboot fix, but it didn't work. Anyone ever find a way to fix this, or does the screen just go in the garbage?

JMcNaught427
Thanks - It's out of warranty, am I out of luck? Any experience on costs if they do fix?
