scthomp4267
Hello. I'm trying to install a new SR-250 remote and got to the point where I was attempting to identify the new remote, but the network address isn't populated when I hit the C4 button 4x. I tried following the directions to check the default zigbee channel of the remote, but nothing happens. Directions say to hit 2, 4, 8, 6, #, * (in that order). My controller is on channel 14, so I'm guessing the remote is set to another channel. Any thoughts?

dogdvr
I am guessing from this post, that you upgraded your controllers?
scthomp4267
No upgrade of controllers. Only purchased a new remote.
BrettB0727
If it is new you probably don't need to forget a network, but I thought my controller was NEW too, and still used the following code to forget the previous network...:room off, #, *, 1, 3, 4, 1, 3 - This will leave the previous mesh network(http://www.c4forums.com/viewtopic.php?id=6704)After doing that, my remote now says "Scanning" when I hit C4, 4 times. Before, I used the code it would only say "Waiting for network" and nothing else.
