Intercom Anywhere Problems

Could use a few tips here.  Just added a T3 to my system and was hoping to try Intercom Anywhere between a mobile device (phone) and the T3.  

Communication agent is installed, but the T3 shows as "Not Ready." under the agent properties.  If I click on the Intercom function on the T3 it's self, it just spins and spins.

Tried rebooting the T3 and the director to no avail.  The gateway is showing as "registered." (I also tried refreshing).  Under the properties of the Intercom in Composer, I see that the SIP username is blank.  Do I need to do anything under the communication agent's "Communication Server" tab?

What am I missing here?

Just make sure you have the touchpanel properly identified. For me, it took a little bit the first time for them to show as available. Little meaning maybe 30ish minutes?

Also make sure it is ID'd by SDDP.

I was having the same issues.
- remove the communication agent
- remove the T3 from the project
- refresh navigators
- add the T3 via sddp
- refresh navigators
- add communication agent
- refresh navigators


You should be good to go after that
