Starting a year or so ago when the lights are turned on the level is at about 50%. Is there any way to have them turn on at full power? This is a V1 Hue Bridge, but I have a V2 Hue Bridge that I could use except I would have to transfer everything over and potentially redo all of the lights in C4.
