Regarding Control4 system not working

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that the control4 system is not last 10 days due to mobile faulty.

we have replaced our faulty mobile & sign in with new mobile with control4 for OS 2 but control4 system not allow to login the software and showing  code error 403.8.

error attached for your review & supports

Request you to resolve the issues on high priority.

humbly request you to share the local service provider  number.

If they have setup their new device from a backup of the old one the app will be configured with their system on it already but because they have a new device with different ID/MAC address it will not be able to access the system.

All they should need to do is delete the system from the app, don't need to delete the app itself,  and then re-add the system and login using the client's  'customer.control4.com' account credentials. Their device will also need to be connected via Wi-Fi to the same local network/subnet as the Control4 system is on when the new device is first authorised. After that if they have an active 4Sight subscription they will be able to access the system remotely.

Are you C4 dealer or end user?

Is C4 system on OS2 or OS3, make sure you are using the OS2 or OS3 version of the app as appropriate.

Delete system from app and add again using your credentials?

Make sure your mobile device is connected to same local network the C4 system is on first time you connect.

Might also be worth checking your system is still currently registered and communicating with the C4 servers, this will require a dealer to check for you. Who is your dealer/installer?

Bahrain dealer I don't know the name and contact number of the dealer.

If you have kindly share the details of the dealer so that we can request to dealer for site visit and locally solution
