Checking in on some landscapers and was zooming in with the plus minus, but that button in the middle doesn’t appear to do anything. Crustyloafer Posted February 27, 2020 Share Posted February 27, 2020 It doesn’t matter if the camera is a PTZ model or not, the driver currently being used for that camera is a PTZ driver. This happens a lot when a device is automatically added via SDDP as all cameras tend to get imported as PTZ models that way. I prefer to manually add the correct ‘static camera’ driver and then ID via IP as you then don’t end up with controls onscreen that do not relate to the device’s capabilities.
