cfduran Posted March 14, 2020 Share Posted March 14, 2020 I have a problem with my lights ... for example when I turn off a light from my phone it physically goes off, however in my phone it shows as turn on at 100% or any percentage. Sometimes, after some seconds it shows complete turn off at the phone, sometimes it keep turn on despite physically is turn off. This is causing problems as the lights controlled by sensors do not turn on because they are turn on into the OS (showed in my phone) but physically they are turn off. I have changed zigbee channel, I deleted the zigbee network and create a new one. The problem continues. Lights were working ok but they started to have this behaivour two weeks ago. My controller is an EA3 and I have ADP, FPD and SW (12 in total), OS 3.1.2. Any idea to check into my system to fix this problem. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cart Posted March 14, 2020 Share Posted March 14, 2020 I agree with above, sounds definitely like a common zigbee issue. Check your Zigbee signals and your mesh coverage of your home.
