Donatien Peigne Posted May 21, 2020 Share Posted May 21, 2020 Hi gents, I have a job with a Video Matrix LU-462. I cannot detect it on the network, while I can detect all other devices. I tried power reboot it several times, connected, verified and changed the network cable, connected it directly on my switch router but it did not help. Is there any reset to factory possible? mujtaba.khokhar Posted May 21, 2020 Share Posted May 21, 2020 Hello, Cant seem to find the model number of that matrix. whats the brand of it? can you send a picture? one thing to check, the Network cable thats plugged into the video matrix can you see any flashing lights?
