Smess Posted May 30, 2020 Share Posted May 30, 2020 I am trying to accesss my RK-1 and the phone with the user name and password crashed and after restoring the most recent back up to a new phone the password is not working. Isn't there a way to access the unit through the console port? I don't want to have to factory default the unit, any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!
