d.jakes Posted September 9, 2009 Share Posted September 9, 2009 Getting a ground fault error in the vista keypad when I hook up the serial cable to the HC500. If I lock out the error code on the VISTA programming. I can get one way communication between the 128 and the HC500. The vista will send status changes to the 500 and they will show up on the touchscreens. But I cant control the VISTA at all from the control 4 system. ftlfirefighter Posted August 5, 2011 Share Posted August 5, 2011 I'm having the same issue after ADT serviced my system. They just replaced the serial module and same issue.
