This is the first time he has done this and needless to say my first time. He said I have to add his email to my external user list, but when I try to do that I get the message The specified user does not existHe is not sure what to do next so I thought I would ask here real quick.Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Matt Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 No.Have your dealer view the training for setting up 4sight All you do is:- Create the account- Check “allow your machine to be remotely accessed”- Do controller registration – and insert the 10 digit key code into any touch panel. Info>Remote Access from any on-screen or touchpanel - If you have “allow your machine to be remotely accessed” checked then you’re dealer will be able to login with his dealer info.
