HC500 is connected directly to the router and not the network switch. Any ideas?Second - and this was on a previous post. Card Access equipment. With the upgrade to Zigbee Pro, which card access devices will I have to exchange and which ones will just need a firmware/software update. It is always best to have your dealer check your exact hardware models to determine exactly what needs to be upgraded.
