bebster Posted October 19, 2009 Share Posted October 19, 2009 My security company is going to put in magnetic rail contact sensors on my 2 garage doors. I'm planning on implementing the DSC-C4 interface.I'm wondering how the programming on the Composer side will work, especially:Will I get an event trigger whenever a garage door opens or closes?Will I be able to query the state of a garage door via programming?This seems like a better approach than the Card Access sensors since it's new construction and I can run hard wires and not have to worry about wireless/batteries.
