Recommend alarm system monitoring for C4 + Concord 4 alarm board

Hello folks,

I would greatly appreciate recommendations on companies that are able to monitor my current alarm system.  We purchased this home in Missouri City, Texas (south suburb of Houston) from new, 7 years ago.  The C4 has minimal options, it controls audio/ video in media room, about 4 light dimmer switches, ties into 2 security video cameras, has sensors for 3 garage doors.  The alarm board is a Concord 4 which is Interlogix I believe.  The 3 key pads are Interlogix.

We purchased the system as part of the home through Data Smart, however they are no longer going to monitor residential alarms so we need to find a replacement.  The alarm is integrated into C4.  We are able to arm/ disarm the system through C4, monitor sensor state, and monitor security camera video footage.

I talked to ADT.  They say their system will be able to use our current equipment and are coming out on Monday next week.  Not sure if that is just sales talk.  I also talked to Vivint.  They quoted roughly $2800 to replace what I have, but does not integrate with C4 and it would replace C4 in terms of us being able to monitor security cameras or monitor and arm/disarm the alarm system.

I also would like to get a recommendation on a tech or maybe a C4 dealer that can look over what all boxes we have.  There are several boxes, not sure what does what?  The installation of the alarm system and other boxes is extremely messy and wondering if that can be streamlined/ upgraded to fewer boxes or at least tidied up.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks folks.

The recommended Alarm.com module, is this the Communicator module?  Does this module need to be the same as my Cellular service?  We have Comcast/Xfinity internet/wifi with a T-mobile in-home booster due to the TechShield on the roof.  Would Alarm Relay install the module ro do I need to get someone else to do it?

I will talk to Alarm Relay tomorrow.

I spoke to an ADT rep today.  He said that GE Interlogix is no longer making any products for alarms and that we would need to replace the alarm board.  He quoted us right at $1500 for the alarm panel, 3 keypads, 4 break-in sensors, 2 heat sensors and 4 smoke alarms.  The monitoring would be $40.99 per month.

Not sure you caught onto my warning above.....     Concord is no more.

The Automation Module that integrates into C4 is very expensive and gets harder to find. If it fails, you will scramble to find one and pay for it. The same if you use a cellular connection (which has nothing to do with your home/personal cellular provider).

I use Alarm.com, and unfortunately found out the hard way, I replaced my cellular and found out Concord is no longer around. When my Automation Module crapped out I moved to Quolsys - which is think is far better! And it's a simple change from Concord.

I personally stay away form ADT....had them many years ago and it makes me postal dealing with the brain dead. You can probably save a lot of money if you work with one of the dealer here or your C4 dealer for an alarm. You might even call some of the DIY monitoring services, they also sell the parts, and do your own install. I used alarm.com...easy to get the parts and install. $15/Month monitoring, lots and lots of sensors.....
