The vast majority of this happens when the user is on their mobile carrier connection. We are aware and actively investigating root cause. More details to follow. Olichops Posted August 29, 2022 Share Posted August 29, 2022 Did this ever get fixed as I have this exact issue. Tried the suggestions and the video is always hit or miss on my DS2 mini but always have video with the touchscreens. I have video on my intranet but no video when on cellular or internet wifi.
