wyrob2 Posted September 8, 2022 Share Posted September 8, 2022 Hi unfortunately our router fried in the recent hot weather and has been replaced. while most things are working, control4 has lost connection to quite a few devices - I think because the ‘fixed ip’ addresses were lost with the router. I have composer HE and was looking for the connections detail to understand what IP address C4 is looking for for the lost devices. I can then re-fix them with the new router. dcovach Posted September 8, 2022 Share Posted September 8, 2022 The dealer software shows a connection tab that is missing in HE. You'll need a dealer to help with the rest of the connections unless you're able to replicate the reserved DHCP addresses from the previous router.
