Sunny75 Posted September 10, 2022 Share Posted September 10, 2022 I have got somfy blinds and the dealer setup a bond bridge device to control the blinds from the Control4 system . The bond bridge device is connected via an ethernet cable. I am now trying to add the Control 4 system to Google assistant. I followed the steps to add the control4 device as advised in the guide and can see all the blinds in Google home app and also under Voice Control in the customer portal. However neither the voice command nor clicking the item manually in the google home app opens or closes the blind. OS is ver 3.3.0 and my 4sight subscription is active. tekki70 Posted September 12, 2022 Share Posted September 12, 2022 would really have to see the project to determine whats going wrong but most likely the biggest question would be,are you using the correct phrase setup for the blinds?
