jimbones
Looks like Yale announced a new line of Assure locks that have swappable modules to add compatibility to different smart home platforms. Every lock has bluetooth and Apple Home support, but its interesting that you can add a wifi module (Alexa, google, smart things) or a z-wave module. Assuming the z-wave module will get a C4 driver. We might have our first decent homekit & C4 compatible smart lock. Woohooo!https://www.theverge.com/2022/9/22/23364908/yale-assure-2-smart-lock-apple-home-matter-price-release-date Note: I don't count August locks. The lock itself and the C4 driver are too buggy.
