R@UPSInc
Just walked in the door and the 7" in wall in office is just sitting there blinking. Looks like a slow white strobe light. Hold on a second. I am going to hit the reset and see what happens. Went to hit the reset and both lights on the injector are blinking also so I will try interconnecting the power. Ok, unplugged it and they still blinked or is blank plural. Disconnected the out side internet cable and both lights stopped blinking and one stayed solid. Plugged the other back in after a minute and they both stayed solid and the it rebooted. The 7' in my bathroom showed me this (double everything) the other night and the screen has lockup with the buttons still working.Well I dont know whre the picture went but any sugestions? ILoveC4
Try changing the screensaver to something else, and then back.Just a suggestion, I have no idea if it will work.
R@UPSInc
What do you think about the when I got home problem on the other one in my office?
RyanE
If the PoE injector is blinking, I'd guess that maybe the PoE injector has a problem, and would verify by using a different PoE injector. If that's not it, you may want to have your dealer do a USB restore on the touchpanel, to see if that brings it back.RyanE
R@UPSInc
Everything was undated to 1.8 right after they where put in. Do you think there might be a bug or germ?
RyanE
I doubt it. 1.8 didn't change the functionality of the 7" touchscreens much, and has been pretty extensively tested.RyanE
