KushPatel2405
Hi guys, Alright so let me explain my issue to you guys: I have a Control4 System with an active 4Sight subscription. I have recently bought quite a few Amazon Alexa devices and now want to set up voice control for my home. I downloaded the Control4 skill on the Amazon Alexa App a few months ago and managed to connect the device. However when I logged back in recently all devices were "unresponsive" and I was unable to control them from the control4 app. So what I did was remove each light from the Amazon Alexa app manually since they were not functional. I then went into the Customer.Control4 portal to check that all lights were enabled. Then I followed the instructions, by removing the Control4 app from my Alexa skills, redownloaded it and linked it up to my account again. When I do this I get 2 issues: 1. It cannot find any new lights despite the fact that I have 24 individual control4 lights which should be controllable. 2. On my customer.control4 page the lights seem to DISABLE themselves, even though I enable them and click save. Does anybody have any experience / ideas of what I can do to get Alexa to turn my lights on when I ask it to lol?

videostorm
If you can't get it working right, or would just like to try another option that doesn't require 4sight. https://splash-tiles.com/help/alexa_c4.php Our C4 skill solution is free. You will need a dealer to install the NetPlay cloud driver on your system.
