Onscreen menu and a matrix

Hello. If i have a CORE 1 controller that i want to control 2 locations, can i put it into the matrix system so the onscreen menu can jump between 2 TVs.

Yes but only one can access it at a time

Odds two users on 2 TVs will go to access the OSD at the same time?  Highly unlikely

Thanks! yea no OSD at same time but was not planning on using it that way.
