I reboot and refresh the navigators when it happens but there is still an issue.

I had a similar problem but with OSDs. Completely configuring the setting for the screensaver in composer pro fixed the issue. I also removed and readded the screensaver agent.

There are no special settings on ether. No auto play or override rooms, no power off when Spotify disconnects, etc. everything is turned off

There is an issue I'm experiencing where I will play a playlist on Spotify Connect and it stop after the first song. I also have this issue with another playlist where it will do the same thing but with a song farther down in the playlist. I have noticed other people experiencing this same issue too. It hangs at the very end of the song and Control4 still says its playing. Once you skip the song the playlist is fine again.

Okay so ive took the cover off for a full inspection. It appears that no other backlight is on except for the room off button. I don't know how to move forward. A reflash? IMG_0586.HEIC

This has been happening to me too. Not as frequently lately but still keeps happening.

Ive tried the method of holding down room off and the 4 button with no success. Also cleaned the contacts again. I can tell that the battery is giving the remote power because of the discharge thing SR-260s like to do.

I will try this. I inserted the batteries correctly and placed it on the cradle over night. I woke up to a very high pitched sound that was coming from the SR-260. Usually this is just discharge from the battery so I'm not very worried about that. No response from the remote this morning.

Hello. Today, I removed my SR-260s batteries and it wont turn on. Remote was fully functional before and Im hoping I can get this fixed. It is a cradle model, and I put new batteries in it to see it if would work with no luck. I really dont want to buy another remote and im hoping I can get this fixed.

I recently visited a friend with Control4 in their house. I noticed that in the list menu, under settings, there is a help section. If they are having problems with the system they can click the help button and it askes them "Is *Current media device* on?" if you click no it turns it on. Then it askes you if its "On now?". And if you click no it will tell you to power cycle the device. Im wondering if this is a driver, or if they coded a custom menu with buttons.
