hankbank
Can anyone give any suggestions why a version 1 remote won't connect with the AVM MC1 B? I know this remote worked on another system, but I cannot get it to be recognized. Pushing the red button 4 times does not recognize it in composer. ILoveC4
It may be on a different channel, plus it sounds like zserver may not be running correctly.
hankbank
I think you are right that zserver is not running. I looked in the system manager and under the status tab, the output shows zserver as disabled. The problem I see is that there is no way to enable it above in the status tab. Zserver is not an available option there...just Zserver2. I have another controller running fine at my office and I checked it and the zserver is running on that one. Any idea on how to activate it? By the way, on the controller that is running just fine, under the connections, properties tab, zigbee shows "unknown" also and is not allowed to be "enabled" or "disabled" there either and the channel cannot be changed for the controller also.
