prabeau Posted December 7, 2023 Share Posted December 7, 2023 I have been having issues with Alexa for the last few weeks. Here is a discovery that has me baffled. Acted up again last night and was told by Control4 support that my issue sounds like a network problem, internet problem. After testing and checking the network and all other items using internet are functioning normally. So I decided to reset my whole rack. ( dont really like doing that ) Once everything was booted up I relinked my Amazon account. Some items are responding others aren't ??? Pull out the old PC I use for HE and more than half of the items I had programmed under “scenes” are missing in the drop down menu. Yet some of them are responding to voice command. “Island lights” for example is nowhere in the driver menu. Yet they turn Off and On with voice command.. martymohr Posted December 7, 2023 Share Posted December 7, 2023 I know this doesn’t help you, but I've got the exact same problem, and I doubt it's my network.
