How to send "#" to security system

Hi,

I need to issue a sequence of commands to my DSC PC1832 that starts with press and hold for 2 seconds the "#" key. The pull down in Composer only shows numbers 1 through 9 and the normal arm, disarm commands etc.

Any idea how to send the '#' for 2 seconds?

If it's not available for programming or on the virtual keypad, it's not supported through the serial interface.

Unfortunately, that means you need to use a physical security system keypad to do that functionality, so you can't program that sequence through Control4.
