dougw246
I think I have read all of the previous Web Navigator posts and all of them seem to stop short of providing a path or a solution to solving the following problem.Connection Status: There was a problem connecting to the controller. [4441661]I see where others have had the issue and must have solved it. It appears to be a network related issue, not a Control4 problem. It worked at one point, but I am not sure what changed to make it stop working.I have a WRVS4400N router and have even put the HC300 in the DMZ to see if that fixes it. I am running 1.7.4.36.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
CFUG
If it once worked then stopped it is "probably" not pointing to a LAN problem as such. I'm not an expert but I do know that when this happens to me (often lately) I just try again later. If it is critical and you are at the controller, just reboot and go.Don't forget to get your controller out of the DMZ.
CFUG
If it's any consolation, as of this moment I cannot load rooms either.

Still no joy.I am not sure if this information helps, but the Navigator does the following:Connecting to controllerLoading devices in RoomLoading device stateThere was a problem connecting to the controller. CFUG
Yeah, that all sounds familiar... Did you P-C the controller?
dougw246
Yes, assuming P-C = power cycleControlfouruserguy, thanks for trying to help. Your attempts are appreciated.Anyone else willing to help or is this a unique problem? I still do not think it is a C4 issue and I am reluctant to call in my dealer to fix a network issue, but I am open to it if others think it is necessary.Thanks.
