c4steve Posted April 22, 2010 Share Posted April 22, 2010 All of a sudden my Muisc quit working. I can't get any of my playlists to play. The Radio works just fine. I'm running a HC500. Version 1.7.4.36. I have tried re-scanning all of the music. All of the lighting scenes and announcements seem to work fine. I have tried on remotes, mini touch and a 7" touch.Any ideas?? srhamy Posted April 23, 2010 Share Posted April 23, 2010 I recently lost my music too. Same as OP, I see the digital media (mp3's) or Rhapsody choices, but selecting it does nothing. Previously Rhapsody and mp3's worked fine. No recent changes to the system.Reboots haven't helped me either. As we speak upgrading to from 1.73 to 1.82 and hoping that fixes the problem. I have the door bell hooked up so when the button is pressed an announcement is triggered and music plays from a mp3 file - this works fine. I have a wake up so music plays - this does not work.
