lawson4085 Posted July 11, 2010 Share Posted July 11, 2010 I have had my IPhone authenticated for a month or so now. Today I got a message on my phone device not authenticated. I re authorized my device and updated the phone. When I closed the program on my phone the same thing happened. Went to my control4.com verified that the key said never expire. I authorized the device again and the same thing happened. I have authorized it 5 times or more this evening and it won't remember or stay authorized. Is anyone else having this problem? I have also been having my Ipad shut off prematurely but it seems to be running OK today. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Try settings > general > reset > reset network settingsYou'll have to re-enter your network credentials but it solved my issue with regards to authentication.
