RyanE Posted August 24, 2010 Share Posted August 24, 2010 I'd re-learn the lock's "orientation" (left/right-handedness), then re-identify the lock, and if the batteries have been in it for more than 4-5 months, replace them.These 3 steps solve nearly any issue with the lock that I've seen (assuming the latest driver and firmware are installed).RyanE Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

RyanE Posted August 24, 2010 Share Posted August 24, 2010 It's part of the installation instructions. It tells the lock if it's installed on a left-side or right-side swing. I don't recall how to do it offhand.Be aware that if you 'leave network' on the lock and don't have access to a dealer, you can't have it re-identify to the project, and it'll remain an island.RyanE Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
