david.kelelr
I just realized that I need I will need an amp or a TV in my daughter room to use it. Currently I have LCD panel and in-wall speakers only in that room. Can somebody confirm that audio outputs only over analog connections?David

AJ_
I don't think so. Mine is in my study and sources back to my C4 amp using RCA connections, from where it can be distributed to any room. I'm not sure I answered your question though. Hopefully, a C4 dealer can help with your query.AC
david.kelelr
Would speaker point solve this problem? If I connect iPod dock to SP analog input, can I get audio output anywhere in the house?iPod Dock --> Speaker Point --> Network -> Any Audio Zone ? AJ_
If you don't already have an amp, you don't have any audio zones, I would think. Other than those that are connected to local sources. You may be able to connect the iPod dock to the HC-300 directly because it has an audio in. Best to get confirmation from a dealer though on this setup. I'm not a 100% sure. david.kelelr
I have every room in the house wired as an audio zone, so yes, I have amps and matrix switch. I think HTC will be the best option for me. AVM-HTC1-B could be found cheap. My original dealer no longer in business and will need to find somebody for future updates.
