zazel1
Anyone use the Logitech Alert™ 750e Outdoor Master System? Could this be used with C4 in any way? I was planning on buying one of the 8 channel Revo/Qsee/Lorex Systems from Costco then substituting a few of the channels for some higher end cameras. I know another option is to use one of the Panasonic IP server setups with a camera or even a stand alone IP camera.Bottom line is I need 3 channels to be of good/great quality and the rest can be passable. I want to be able to look at the cameras while on the Ipad while the kids play outside.I can not find a reliable security camera review site - mixed reviews on every camera system from costco or other big box stores.Cost is a minor issue, but quality more important. Thanks! zazel1
None of you dealers have come across this? I would think it would be an obligation to your customers to at least research it...

ichbinbose
well it depends on the amount of coverage you actually need, and recording, and other features. You may want to look into Mobotix cameras
zazel1
Yes, obligation. If it is better for your clients, it would ultimately benefit you (dealer) as well.
thecodeman
I just put some up at my house but haven't looked into c4 integration at this time. Nice cameras for the price though.
zazel1
Codeman - are you planning on integrating at any time? if so please post your results/thoughts.Are you happy with it so far?
thecodeman
Yeah, it's good kit for the price. I haven't had any time lately to look into integration. My next step was going to be putting windows 7 in parallels on my mac mini so I didnt have to leave my older windows 7 machine on all the time.
