LOUB Posted March 22, 2011 Author Share Posted March 22, 2011 ok thanks. i did pull the main plug that turned off all the equipment. left unplug for about two minutes, then plugged back in. 2 hours later, still no connection. LOUB Posted March 22, 2011 Author Share Posted March 22, 2011 Dan, no the only light that is lighting up is the power blue light. i did notice in the back of the HC300 where the ethernet cable attaches the two lights (yellow and green) are both lite solidly. As i said previously, my system is frozen, all my touch screens are blank except for the red 4 and info, my remotes don't work and all the touch button switches don't work. ILoveC4 Posted March 22, 2011 Share Posted March 22, 2011 Continually rebooting it won't fix anything, it sounds like you have a more serious problem on your hands.I would have your dealer RMA the controller running director. LOUB Posted March 22, 2011 Author Share Posted March 22, 2011 My control4 system is in a vactaion house i have, the system is great because it allows me to operate the house.....lights, heat, hot water heater, ect. from a remote location, however light switches going bad, glitches in the system, and now this is wearing down my patiences!!
