gadawg16 Posted October 29, 2011 Share Posted October 29, 2011 My second HC300 just stopped working with no warning. I can only get 1 light to light up. I have reset it numerous times with no success. There were no lighting storms or anything that I can remember that could have caused this. Can anyone help me out with this? Some trouble shooting tips? How can I go into the software to see if it is working? chesterwilson Posted October 29, 2011 Share Posted October 29, 2011 If it's the hc300b you will need a usb restore, if it's an hc300c you can do it with the reset button I believe.
