Definately cool news.

Makes you feel a bit better about making an electronics (which can day when 1 day old or 2000 days old) of large cash value.

However, if the company were to go under, the length of warranty would be irrevelant.

Yes, this can't be bad news unless they know they're going under soon. But, considering they're also coming out with the new home theater controller, it doesn't look like they're going anywhere. Can't wait for my install.

I also hear that a larger mts is coming out, but I guess its just a rumor unless a dealer wants to chime in.

The dealers sometimes don't know about the new products until fairly close to when they're announced.

That was the case with the HC-300.

And anything they discuss on here is likely rumor and speculation until it's announced.
