tmccrack
Hi Everyone... I just wanted to say thanks for answering my question (and then some). Excellent value-add conversation as well. It is too bad that Apple Lossless is not supported. Like it or not, many people use itunes. And as mentioned, it is also about traveling with the ipod, etc. I also don't want to keep multiple file formats of the same music and prefer to have a lossless format, especially for my favorite music. Sounds like FLAC is the way to go here then. So I guess my follow-up question, anyone know a good & preferrably freeware file converter? I have REALLY been missing some of my favorite music lately! I would prefer to convert from my apple lossles (m4a) to Flac rather than pulling out all my CDs and individually reburning to FLAC.
