  1. Is there a way to access the DLNA supplied music programmatically? When I select the My Music (DLNA) action in the programming tab, none of my music is available
  2. Does the DLNA music driver bring any features with regard to playlists? like being able to import playlists created by other applications?
  3. I deleted the old My Music driver and was then able to add the DLNA driver. So for some reason in my configuration, they could not co-exist. I could immediately see the music in composer. I refreshed the Navigators in order to see the correct driver in the UIs.
  4. Rebooted controller several times and still cannot add DLNA driver to my project. Do I need to delete the MyMusic driver first? I cannot find any documentation or help for the dlna driver on the Control4 site.
  5. I'm running 2.10.6. Do I need to remove the original My Music driver before adding the DLNA? I was trying to add the dlna driver to the same room (rack room) as the existing my music driver.
  6. When I try to add the DLNA driver to my project, I get an error message "Unable to add..." Any idea why this might be? Does the driver require a certain version of Composer?
  7. Is there a way to import a non-Control4 generated playlist into Control4? A playlist created in Windows Media Player or an m3u formatted playlist?
  8. Just tried to add the DLNA Control4 driver to my project but got an error saying it could not add it. No explanation as to why.
  9. @AmrI like the DS220+ with a 4TB seagate drive to start. But I am still confused about this SMB1 requirement. Do you have to enable SMB1 on your NAS for it to serve up music to Control4? And if so, isn't that just as much a security risk as enabling it on Windows?
  10. Is it possible to invoke Amazon music programmatically? I want to create a custom button to play a selection from the Amazon music service.
  11. Thank you msgreenf and cyknight for your help. Unfortunately, I enabled SMB1 (and SMB2), but still cannot connect. I believe the bottom line is that audio streaming from a PC is not supported. As I mentioned in my original post, until a few days ago I was streaming my music from a NAS drive. But I am having some issues with it and was trying to stream from my Windows 7 system as a temporary work around. My NAS drive is old. Any suggestions on a reasonably priced NAS drive? Thanks again!
  12. Just tried it from my Windows 10 system and I get the same results
  13. I am trying to configure my Network Storage driver for my music. My music is on a Windows 7 system. In the properties windows for the driver, I have entered the username and password for the Windows 7 system and have successfully browsed to the music location by clicking the ... menu. When I click connect, I get an error Unable to connect to the network share. I have tried several troubleshooting suggestions including turning on NETBIOS over IP, but nothing has worked. Until recently I was successfully accessing my music from an NAS drive, but I am having issues with it at the moment. Consequently, I decided to copy my music to my Windows 7 PC and access it there until I can resolve my NAS drive issues. Any ideas?
