  1. ok, then we play the waiting game and while we do that, we get to look at very accurate thermostats!
  2. You are right, this indeed did start to happen with iOS17. Since I updated to iOS17 and 3.4 on the same day, I mistakenly assumed that only the 3.4 upgrade was the root cause. Do you recall if there was a fix when this happened the last time around?
  3. Also, the same driver is showing the temperature perfectly fine on another thermostat. Which makes me think that this is a setting somewhere that got warped.
  4. Will give it a shot. Any hints as to where driver files are kept on the file system of the Director? And by repack, you mean basically zipping it back up?
  5. No, its the KNX Universal Thermostat driver. Everything used to be fine, so I know this is due to some change somewhere. The only major change recently is the upgrade to 3.4 + jailbreak.
  6. I am unsure if this is related to the recent 3.4 upgrade (which I did yesterday) or if it was there before, but today I noticed that some thermostats on the C4 app and touchscreens show temperature with several decimal points even if the settings are set to show a ".5" resolution. Anyone know of a fix? Screenshots attached for easy understanding of the issue. Normal thermostat: Thermostat with more decimal points in display: Settings for the one with the longer decimals
  7. I don't have a suspicion around any particular one, but just the fact that nothing has updated in 2+ months has me questioning if something is broken.
  8. Usually, I would have an update or two every few weeks for the various drivers that I have installed/running on my C4 system. However, it's been months now since any driver updates and I am wondering if something is broken. I am posting a screenshot here of the drivers on my system. Can you pick a few and verify for me that you are on the same version(s)? Also, any ideas why some of the online driver versions say "n/a"? Thanks,
  9. @Skipper J Confirming that notifications are back. Can you also share if anything new has been put in place at the infra level to ensure that this is caught if it happens again? Thanks for the notification about the fix.
  10. Yeah, the silent treatment is unprofessional and does not put C4 in the best of lights. Anyone considering installing C4 as a new customer should be weary. Also, I am sorry but I do not agree with your "there is a good reason" statement. There is no good reason for a lack of response from a company that touts itself on keeping you and your home secure when they know their underlying architecture is a complete mess and has a single point of failure. Yes, software breaks from time to time, but this is why one has to have on-call staff and resources for mission critical elements. I've written to C4 support, pinged my dealer, tweeted at C4, @mentioned employees who frequent these forums.... yet nothing back from anyone. Complete silence! Now during this time of a paid service being dead, if something bad happens at my residence and I am unable to take timely action because I am not notified, is C4 liable? I certainly hope so.
  11. @Amr Do the pushover notifications also allow for sending/receiving images as part of the notifications or are they text onlly?
  12. yep, that sounds about right from a timing point of view when mine also stopped working. @Jonathan, C4 Engineer tagging you directly in case you can help escalate internally within C4 or provide insights. Thanks.
  13. @bnorman Can you please help escalate this within C4?
  14. This is quite concerning. Looks like something central at C4 is down which means if something bad is happening at my home, I’ll never know. Classic definition of a single point of failure. This is so bad from a security system software architecture point of view. Can we get someone from C4 to give us a better update?
  15. Even if I try to manually send a notification, it does not get delivered. Can someone try to manually trigger a notification and see if it is delivered?
  16. Out of the blue, notifications are not being delivered to any of my mobile devices. Anyone know if there's an issue on the C4 side?
  17. The wallpapers are back for me. The only difference (that I can think of) was that I used the app when I was away from my home network. The wallpapers are now showing up properly even when i am back on my home network. Don't like that I don't know what "fixed it" but I'll take a working system for now
  18. I tired that already, no luck. @bnorman Did your research into the log files that I supplied result in any clues?
  19. Since the latest app update (a couple of days ago), my iPhone 13 Pro has stopped showing the wallpapers for the individual rooms. Used to work just fine before the update. Works fine on the T3 touchscreen. I've reinstalled the app, reset it, logged out, etc... no use. Any other ideas? These are custom uploaded backgrounds and are 1280px in width. All are landscape.
  20. Thanks. I'll need to dig into what else could be the issue then. Seems like this is isolated on my instal. I'll try and use hard wired connection vs wifi. Not that it should make a diff, but who knows!
  21. I am going to update the OS to the latest version and see if that solves this. Thanks for all the replies.
  22. I have the C4 Doorstation and a couple of Dahua cameras. I am using the Chowmein Dahua camera and NVR driver, which has the snapshot feature. I tried to make a push notification with the snapshot from one of the Dahua camera and event tried using the snapshot from the DoorStation. The Snapshot URL tests ok and I see an image if I use the URL on a browser. But my push notifications don't have any images attached. What am I missing?
