For UK (and EU) outlets check out Lightwave RF. Note that you will need their Link Plus hub as well.

I should have been clearer. My dealer created a record/play/idle button in the C4 mobile app. So I could change the mode but could see no evidence of it working.
I believe it is now recording so will see what happens in a few days time.

Lightwave RF's power outlets are compatible with Control4 and offer bi-directional control and feedback.

Lightwave is a hub based system so you will need to purchase the Linkplus Hub in order for it to communicate to Control4.
