Hi guys, I have a few AN100 WAP’s in the house, what would you upgrade to if it were your home?    Stick with Araknis or go with something else?  

How easy is it to update from 2.6?  I believe that’s the OS running currently.   I just moved into a home that has a C4 installed and I’m trying to gain access to the system.   The previous owner didn’t leave any panels or documentation on how to access the system. So I’m dead in the water currently, just trying to connect to it. 

I just purchased a home that has a full C4 install (older 2.6), but the previous owner didn't leave anything to go on to register or even access the system.  I don't even have any touch displays, they took them all.  How can I associate this C4 system / license to my newly created account?  Gear in the house is a C4-HC800-BL and C4-16AMP3-B.
