My local cable company went to Estream Cable boxes which are Bluetooth control. They can be controlled via IR. They even sent me the hex but it is in a different format, NEC. I cant find a converter to get the correct IR hex I've tried a Bose conversion app, a Yamaha, and pronto. the Bose was the only one that gave me anything remotely close, the others would just say error. This is what I received from Evolution for the Estream 4K. Can anyone help? I did try the driver central driver, it did not do what I needed it to do.
